Three things drew me into the real estate industry: 1. Company car 2. Fuel card 3. Suit But I quickly learned: It\'s not going to be that easy. In hindsight, I think this sobering realisation was one of the most important ones I could have made. With or without a fuel card and a company car, I got to know and love the real estate business from the ground up. And with that, the maladies of the industry. I say: customer service in commercial real estate is impersonal and far too generic. For that reason, we at Colliers Leipzig have a mission - to offer commercial real estate consulting as customised as our clients\' challenges are- You urgently need additional or new warehouse space for a customer\'s business- You have too much land and need a subtenant- You need a specialised property, e.g. with refrigeration units, cranes or heavy floor loading? No problem - you tell us what you\'re looking for, and we\'ll tell you where it can be found.
