ABOUT STEFFEN SCHEU
As an avid marathon runner, I take the same hard-work and dedication into the business world by setting and committing to goals, dealing with adversities along the way, reflecting on achievements and striving for the next big race. In the workplace, I follow the same principles as in marathon training: analyzing the potential, committing to a goal and set up the right training to reach it. I analyze markets and processes, showcasing problems or finding potentials for new business or cost optimization. I define goals and implement the needed actions and tasks to reach them. Markets and businesses are dynamic and can change rapidly. Therefore, I’m committed to be flexible and agile, monitoring and analyzing the changes within and outside the project in order be take corrective actions when needed. In my current position at Eissmann Group Automotive Germany, I conduct project-price-calculations for automotive interior and non-automotive parts as well as profitability analysis and comparisons regarding production processes and technologies. I also create market forecasts and analysis of the automotive industry, focusing on the interior market, for the strategic business planning process. Based on my interest in marketing and sales, innovation and technology as well as finance, I am constantly developing myself professionally to become an excellent strategic business planner and analyst with an holistic mindset and approach. In my leisure time I find my personal balance by going running, mountain-biking or hiking in the mountains and nature.
