The passion, dynamism and impact of the team sport soccer showed me as a young teenager the interaction of people, technology and organization to achieve a higher goal.For many years, in my professional environment in the polymer industry, the well-being of my customer has been the top priority. The customer\'s requirements and their benefit are the driving force behind everything I do. Today I help my customers in a technologically changing, demanding polymer environment to develop new products and product generations and to supply them in a sustainable, technologically and economically demanding manner. The focus is increasingly on the entire value chain for achieving an industrial, technological series product in the polymer environment. As part of my many years of management activity, this premise “Customer - Customer Success - Customer Demand” is at the core of my sustainable, successful actions.
