I am a clinical operations and healthcare technology leader with 15+ years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing care delivery across clinical practice, health tech, and early-stage innovation.My career began in interior design, where I developed a systems-oriented, detail-driven approach to problem solving. Following the 2007 housing collapse, I transitioned into healthcare—earning my RN, BSN, MSN, and Doctor of Nursing Practice—and built deep expertise at the intersection of clinical care, operations, and business execution.I have led and advised across private clinical practice, healthcare consulting, and health technology—supporting clinical workflow design, regulatory and quality alignment, pilot and trial execution, and operational scaling. My experience includes leading a healthcare accelerator, partnering with health systems and startups, and working with private equity and venture-backed organizations to evaluate care models, technology, and operational readiness.Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of EmployWell, where I lead clinical operations, workflow design, and platform execution for a healthtech product focused on improving care team efficiency and reducing operational friction in real-world clinical environments.In parallel, I founded Benefit Health, my consulting firm focused on clinical operations leadership, medical affairs, and commercialization support for early-stage health tech and medical device companies.
