My primary focus encompasses sourcing senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and common equity tailored for high net worth individuals and institutions. I specialize in construction, bridge and permanent financing solutions for my clients. I have closed over $625M in transaction volume since 2021.My commitment to community development is reflected in my role as a Planning Commissioner in the City of Glendale. I have served on the Planning Commission since 2018 and previously served as the American Planning Association\'s Commission Representative for its California Chapter Board from 20••••22.
