My leadership has propelled numerous campaigns to success, resulting in significant brand recognition and business growth. Notably, my work has earned industry accolades and fostered robust client relationships.At The Pollack Group, an independent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York, I oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of our comprehensive services, which range from digital and social media to branding and crisis management. My role involves managing diverse clients and leading creative teams to deliver exceptional results.In addition to my professional work, I am an educator and author. Since 2001, I have taught as an adjunct professor at USC\'s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. My book, Disrupted, From GenY to iGen: Communicating with the Next Generation, provides insights on how brands can adapt to the changing consumer landscape. As a member of the Forbes Agency Council, I share my expertise in PR, marketing, and communications.I am also passionate about giving back to the community.
