I\'m an Aerospace Engineer with a diversified working experience ranging from Quality, Purchasing and General Management, with 25 years of experience in high technological industrial sectors such as Automotive, Railways, Industrial Automation and Robotics.I\'ve a wide multinational and multicultural experience in complex matrix-based organization within global corporate companies, used to work in challenging, high-pace and high-pressure environments.I\'m able to adapt to different roles and different competences over the years, always delivering high levels of results while turning from a quality to a purchasing senior manager.I\'m used to build organizations and team from zero managing large groups of resources on a global footprint.After several years into supporting functions, I\'m embarked into the challenge of general management taking over the responsibility of Country Manager for COMAU France, with the responsibility of the business results of this subsidiary and the management the local team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of COMAU Extended Europe.
