WeSportUp è l\'acceleratore di startup per lo sport e il benessere della Rete Nazionale CDP con sede a Roma, Italia. Il progetto nato su iniziativa di CDP Venture Capital e Sport e Salute sarà gestito da @Startupbootcamp e @Wylab con la partnership di top corporate partner, tra cui Fastweb, Renault e Telepass.La vision è costruire un ecosistema aperto in grado di coinvolgere le più importanti aziende, istituzioni e investitori italiani nella ricerca, selezione e accelerazione delle migliori startup italiane e internazionali per raggiungere uno sviluppo economico e sociale.WeSportUp propone un intenso programma di 13 settimane in cui le startup selezionate avranno la possibilità di collaborare con le principali aziende e istituzioni del settore dello sport e del benessere, ricevere aiuti economici e supporto professionale da mentors selezionati.

ABOUT STEFANO DE AMICI
Handball player, passionate about photography, horror books, videogames and – above all – technology. This last passion became my profession.My journey began with a multimedia research fellowship (and a publication!) at the Politecnico di Torino. Soon after, I joined Deltatre in 2009 as a Flash Web Developer. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the world’s most prestigious sports events – from football to athletics, and of course, the Olympic Games.As technology evolved, so did my role. From 2011, I became part of the team responsible for Deltatre’s video player for sports events. I initially focused on web and mobile development, designing architecture and providing technical leadership.With the company’s transition to Agile, I embraced the change, obtained my Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, and took on the role of Scrum Master. I developed a strong passion for Agile methodologies – I regularly attend Agile conferences and meetups, both as a participant and a speaker. I truly consider myself an “Agile person” – professionally and personally.Driven by my passion for innovation and product management, I eventually became the Product Owner of one of Deltatre’s core products.In recent years, I co-founded SportClubby, a startup created to become the social platform for sport. The project was a great success and culminated in a successful exit, marking a key milestone in my entrepreneurial path.Beyond my operational roles, I’m also active in the startup ecosystem as a mentor. For the past three years, I’ve been a mentor in WeSportUp, the sport-focused acceleration program powered by Sport e Salute, helping early-stage startups grow and innovate in the sport and wellness sectors.
