Stefano Ciurli is Head of Enel Global Service providing at global level (28 countries) ICT, Procurement, Real Estate & Facilities, 3Sun (produzione pannelli solari), Business TransformationTransforming these important Services in Value for all the Enel Group also through AI Innovation is the target. Leading expert in the Italian telecom space, having served in key executive positions at Telecom Italia for over 30 years. Between November 2015 until March 2018, he served as Executive Vice President of Telecom Italia\'s Wholesale division, reporting directly to the CEO. In this position he was responsible for developing Italy\'s fiber coverage - encompassing 1.5bln capex per year, more than 18 millions of cabled real estate units, and more than construction sites at the same time; setting up the development strategy in a new competitive market, the ultra broadband infrastructure one, using FTTH technology in Italy\'s major towns and cities via the creation of a joint venture with Fastweb (Flash Fiber ); selling of regulated and non-regulated wholesale capacity and services to telecom operators and enterprises (1,7 bln revenues per year); he was also responsible for managing the Antitrust & Agcom regulatory processes between operators, balancing of effectiveness and efficiency. Previously, Stefano held a number of other positions in the Group, Group Senior VP National Wholesale (20••••15), Group Senior VP Caring Services Division (20••••14), and Group Senior VP Supply Chain & Real Estate (20••••12), while working at Telecom Italia S.p.A. Stefano occupied this position for 4 years (March 2009 - December 2012), Group Planning & Control Chief (20••••09), VP International Support (20••••08), CFO TIM spa (20••••05). Various Board Director positions held over the years: Telepiù SpA (Sky), TESS (Payroll), Saritel and SSC (IT), Tim International and TI International (holding), Tim Brasil, Tim Digitel (Venezuela), Avea (Turkey), Telenergia, Olivetti.Since he left Telecom Italia Stefano has served as CEO of PTS Group (holding) and PTS Consultancy, two consulting firms having more than 230 Senior advisors, former industry executives, providing advisory services across different verticals, including Data Intelligence, Management Solution, Technology, and Telecommunications.
