After graduating in electrical engineering and further to fifteen years of working experience in leading ICT multinational companies where I held sales management positions for key accounts in complex organization, I seriously began considering the role of coach and I started preparing myself for that goal.Throughout my entire professional career I have always been strongly oriented to achieving objectives and results for me and for my team.In every situation I always focus on the value and potential of the individual, constantly trying to create the conditions where inner qualities can be expressed fully and at their best.The career change to coaching has allowed me to combine the best of my two cores, the corporate one and the deeper one that attempts to seize and bring out the enormous potential of human nature, representing the natural evolution of my professional path.I obtained the certification of NLP Master Coach at “Allenati per l’Eccellenza - The Institute for Coaching & NLP”, and consequently the credential of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).Also, I have specialized in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), obtaining a Practitioner Diploma issued by INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association), an organization that is characterized by rigor and professionalism in teaching and exercising such discipline and with which I work as a trainer.Moreover, I am a registered ICF Coach instructor.Now I boast a significant experience as Coach and Trainer to senior and middle managers in the ICT sector multinational companies, banking groups, international entertainment companies.In 2014 I founded \"The Pyramid Coaching\", which presents itself as a brand that can guarantee professionalism and ethics in the exercise of the profession of Coach and Trainer in the enterprise
