Currently a Process Engineer at Intel.I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I worked in Professor Catherine Murphy Laboratory. A research group which focuses on the fabrication of colloidal nanomaterials and the engineering of their surface for application in chemical sensing, biological imaging, and energy-related applications. During my graduate studies, I investigated the thermodynamic, kinetic, and conformation of proteins at the surface of gold nanoparticles. I have also synthesized peptide functionalized gold nanoparticles and studied their role as photothermal therapeutics and drug delivery systems.
