Leader of the Industrial Technology And OpEx teams for Alfasigma Pomezia Site.As Operational Excellence in charge of the development of the Alfastar OpEx Program for Alfasigma Pomezia Site: the main mission is instilling and spreading the culture of continuous improvement and establishing across the site the metrics and structures needed for the journey toward the operational excellence.Allocation of operational excellence skills to site improvement and process standardization projects and tracking and management of specific OEE program benefits.As Industrial Technology, management of industrial scales up and technical support for all the presentations manufactured and packed in Alfasigma Pomezia Site, as solid oral forms (tablets, capsules, granulates in sachets), Oral Liquids, Injectables, Softgel Capsules and Suppositories.6 direct reportsThis role implies a constant interface with all operations departments and members of Site Leadership Team (SLT) and also with other sites and the Upper Company Management. Direct report of Pomezia Site Head Of Operations (Site Leader).Since August 2023 until the end of February 2024 “ad interim” Department Head for Oral Solids Forms Packaging, the main department in terms of outcome for units produced for Alfasigma Pomezia Site. The role implies management of 62 people between supervisors and operators and constant interface with Supply, Maintenance and Quality functions across the Site.
