Contract Management of the French Military program awarded by IVECO DV, by piloting the overall program from its kick-off till handover to Customer Service (including development, production, testing, deliveries phases) ensuring compliancy to overall contractual requirements - Activities and deliverables breakdown- Management Plan- Plan structuration and follow-up (applied to all phases)- Management, coordination, monitoring and support of internal and external involved entities (with particular attention on activities start-up)- Transversal and team management (internal - external entities team, and proper team)- Project management : setting-up and follow-up (finance, timing, budget, risks, production & delivery rate, partner plan, quality, invoicing, etc.) according to contractual requirements, internal policies and targets- Customer management (act as a point of contact)- Risk management (identification, assessment, action plan)- Periodical advancement report to the Board of Directors- Negotiation and establishment of Contractual requirements evolutions/amendments (pricing, timing, services).=> Bid Management on French Military major RFQ in compliance with internal standards, policies and targets - Customer requests analysis in terms of technical, financial, contractual and legal issues (risks and opportunities)- Support company’s entities involved (particularly sales, legal and purch. dpt.) and mediate their relatives interests- Negotiate and establish Agreements with external entities : lawyers, partners and major suppliers- Set-up of the financial (cost structure - NATO Frame), organizational and technical answers expected by MoD- Support Commercial team on building pricing structure (NATO Frame), negotiation with MoD, and offer modifications till BAFO.
