Based in Lugano, Switzerland, Energy Vault® develops and deploys utility-scale energy storage solutions designed to transform the world\'s approach to sustainable energy storage. The Company\'s comprehensive offerings include proprietary gravity-based storage, battery storage, and green hydrogen energy storage technologies. Each storage solution is supported by the Company’s hardware technology-agnostic energy management system software and integration platform. My responsibilities at Energy Vault include: • Lead the structuring, drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis of complex commercial agreements across the full lifecycle of utility-scale energy projects in the U.S, Europe and Africa, including EPC agreements, LTSAs, MSAs, software agreements, PPAs, interconnection agreements, and key subcontractor arrangements. • Advise on and facilitate acquisitions of early-stage and advanced energy development projects for a build-own-operate portfolio, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation of MIPAs, assignment agreements, and development services agreements. • Structure, negotiate, and close significant investment transactions, project financings, joint ventures, and strategic technology development partnerships with leading participants in the global energy sector. • Manage and coordinate U.S. and European outside counsel, including delegation of workstreams, oversight of legal strategy, and cost and efficiency management. • Support corporate growth initiatives by helping to design and implement internal legal processes, approval frameworks, and governance policies to scale legal operations alongside business expansion.
