Responsible for the image of stores in Western Europe- I contribute to the company’s profit through the merchandising in stores- I collaborate with the General Manager, Retail Manager and Merchandiser evaluating the stores performances and contributing to suggest additional strategies- I supervise each creation of the WEU VM team, and the maintenance of a convincing presentation of products capable of involving customers and stimulating sales-I send periodically to the WEU Regionals VM my feedback regarding every stores set up- I supervise Regionals VM display of the product in the stores according to the image and the style of the company- I suggest and supervise changes in the visual presentation and in the movements of the products and furnitures, according to the store`s performance analysis- I manage and collaborate with HQ for seasonal launches, guidelines, new openings, special projects, for WEU area- Work collaboratively with the GM/RM to support the delivery of business results through VM specific approaches- Provide support to stores required to adapt visual merchandising standards to their environment.
