Over 12 years of experience in industrial automation business following my passion for manufacturing processes, lean thinking and kaizen approach, supply chain and operations in general. Managing associates since I was 31, with a strong commitment to people empowerment, I believe that continuous improvement culture is one key to succeed keeping in mind that a process, an investment, a decision is worth if creates added value which can be seen by your customer. Being really customer oriented is the key to success for a company. Following this vision I carried out projects to improve operative performances: set up of flexible production lines improvement of on time delivery, quality and process monitoring as well as to achieve strategic targets: re-design of strategic value streams define new business models for the supply chain associates’ right sizing (right people at the right place) costs reduction aimed to margin increase And with the same approach clear in my mind I’ll move to future challenges which will come up.
