It is responsible for achieving the objectives of Quality and Cost and Time with regard to Product Design activities;Develops the technical contents of the products, supporting the Platform managerin monitoring the achievement of product objectivesIt supports the Design functions to Plan Product Design activities, setting priorities in the use of dedicated resources (internal and outsources),in oredr to respect of project times.It monitors the progress of the activities in the projects (Product Design, Prototyping and Validation), highlighting the differences between what was planned andas implemented, and take the necessary corrective actions;Manages the drafting and updating of Technical Product Specifications, however archived at the Technical SecretariatSupports the Platform Manager and the entire team in defining the Design Prevention Plan for the entire product, thus guaranteeing its correct execution as regards Product Engineering activities;He is responsible for integrating the work of the designers working in the three technical areas (Cabs & Hulls / Chassis, Hydr. & Pneum./ Electrical, Electronic Systems) and for this he adopts the techniques of \"concurrent engineering\"(DMU / technical analysis with the designers.)It provides the resources necessary to promote \"concurrent engineering\" at the Platform level;Approve the technical documentation (drawings / bills) for prototype construction.Approves the technical documentation (drawings / bills of materials) and issues the product structures at the Engineering level (CID).
