I\'m responsible of a multifunctional team that manages and approves the site\'s Contamination Control Program in coordination with the management team and site leadership (SLT).Specifically, I lead the CCP Team in defining and implementing contamination control strategies with the authority to respond to adverse trends or contamination events during health authority inspections, as well as defining appropriate corrective/preventive actions for investigation and containment of contamination.I lead the EM Committees in assessing adverse trends and investigating excursions, evaluating possible causes and coordinating CAPAs, verifying their effective implementation over time.I am directly responsible for issuing chemical and microbiological trend analyses related to the EM program. I proactively promote improvements in flows and processes for contamination prevention and control, including monitoring plans, cleaning/disinfection strategies, risk mitigation and new technologies.
