The Senior Director leads the strategic management of HVAC and Hotel Asset systems across the CCL fleet,ensuring optimal equipment performance, reliability, and alignment with corporate goals. This role overseesAsset and Equipment management, including the development of maintenance strategies, obsolescencetracking, budget oversight, and compliance with departmental KPIs.The Senior Director provides expert guidance to address technical challenges related to the implementation ofadvanced technologies and solutions, ensuring that systems are up to date and efficiently maintained. Workingclosely with the corporate shipbuilding team, the Senior Director ensures that HVAC-R and Hotel Assetequipment for future vessels is aligned with the latest technologies and innovations, contributing to the overallefficiency and guest experience.This role will lead Project Managers, Installation Managers, and Travelling Engineers to drive the execution ofenergy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Theposition is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of dry docks and energy projects to reduceoperating costs, minimize environmental impact, and maintain compliance with marine regulations.Collaboration across corporate functions and other cruise brands is essential to achieve these objectives.
