Stefano has 15+ years’ experience in deepwater upstream oil & gas delivering project in 12 countries. His experience in integrated, technical complex projects that require problem solving capabilities and the ability of managing uncertainty position him well to tackle the new challenges in the energy sector.As a current Executive MBA candidate at Rice Jones Business School Stefano is working towards refining his skills in business development and management and financing, with the goal to become a well-rounded leader in the energy transition. Stefano expertise is supporting assets in the exploration and appraisal of a field and front end completion development. In those areas he led budgeting, contracting services, designing, project management and execution and finally managing operations and delivering data. As a Front End Completion design Stefano seamlessly supports asset from the appraisal phase to production. He worked as completion focal point for Gato do Mato (Brazil) and Appomattox HPHT waterflood completion (Gulf of Mexico), balancing return of investments and uncertainty of outcomes. Stefano showed a keen interest key strategic themes such as reduction of greenhouse gases (GHG) and digitalization- Conceptualized strategy for low GHG, short lead time dynamic reservoir data acquisition during exploration.
