Oil & Gas - Water & Power - Chemical, Process & Industrial (CPI)• Use problem solving techniques to investigate external and internal issues. Root Cause, Corrective & Preventative Actions: Problem solving techniques, internal and supplier issues.• Drive activities to meet objectives and communicate & engage effectively to the business.• Work with the Operations team to improve inspection and verification through the use of control plans, visual SOPs, poke yoke, visual standards, quality alerts, gauges and calibration adherence.• Implement methodologies for establishing “cost of quality”. Scrap, defects, returns, complaints, non-value added activities. Identify, track, and reduce through structured methodologies. Control quarantine levels.• Create and Implement Quality Control Plans, Develop and execute process audit plan.• Conduct and manage product/process and system audits.• Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities within the site, working cross functionally with other Departments.• Active involvement in Customer Concerns/Complaints/Queries, driving root cause identification, corrective actions and preventative actions.
