I am an Industrial Engineer, IT Technical Project Manager/Coordinator and Team Leader.At Holonix Srl, I am currently working on IIoT and big-data innovative SaaS solutions for cross-sectoral industrial applications according to IT/OT progressive convergence, digitalization process and Industry 4.0 paradigm.I have a deep knowledge about the current IoT technology stack and its possible evolution, in particular concerning frameworks, M2M/IoT protocols, middleware layers for big-data streaming, persistence and integration, edge processing facilities, data-modelling, ETL, virtualization/container-based orchestration and deployment. I do have skills in project management (Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies) and software development (C#, C++ and Matlab advanced programming, Java basic programming).According to my career path, I have long expertise in managing R&D projects (HEU, H2020, FP7, PON, POR FESR), in particular in IT and manufacturing domains.As a former researcher, I have well experienced with mathematical modelling, simulation and data analysis, in particular applied to the fields of manufacturing systems, industrial machinery, energy efficiency.Thanks to my previous position of researcher at CNR, my collaboration with Tecniche Nuove\'s editorial board and personal interest, I have significant skills in communication, especially in technical and scientific dissemination (I am author of papers on sectoral technical journals, ISI/Scopus indexed journals and conference proceedings).Thanks to my current volunteering experience in the Board of Directors of Italian Red Cross - Brugherio section, I\'m growing knowledge and competences in governing the organization by establishing broad policies, setting out strategic objectives and providing indications for action implementation.I have strong problem solving, communication, leadership and analytical skills.I fluently speak Italian and English, and I am equipped with an international outlook. I strongly believe in human rights, equality and mutual respect in daily life.I like music: I play guitar in my spare time.
