ABOUT STEFANO BIANCHI

I’m a senior multi-language executive with extensive and proved competences in Strategic, Product and Communication Marketing and with a solid technical, managerial and commercial background. I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of electrical infrastructure, data network, energy, security, IoT and automation of residential, commercial and tertiary buildings. Since the beginning I have been developing my professional career with the aim of getting a global vision of the company management, first in the areas of production, product development, industrialization, organization and process optimization and then moving to a branch general management, sales and business development and finally marketing. I have demonstrated ability to make effective and profitable synthesis between the needs of customers and markets with the opportunities provided by technologies, starting from the strategy, often international, multi-channel and multi brand, up to the operational go-to-market. I am strongly oriented towards innovation and digital. Continuous improvement, change management, lateral thinking, problem solving and cross functional approach are also key elements of my professional profile.
