As Energy and Sustainability Manager for Friction Technologies I am responsible for defining and implementing short- and long-term sustainability and energy strategies across Europe and North America.On the sustainability side, I lead the development and execution of our sustainability roadmap, translating strategic objectives into concrete actions to meet stakeholder expectations — from customers to regulatory authorities. My role includes: • Setting short- and long-term sustainability targets at group level • Driving implementation and operational execution across plants • Supporting customer sustainability requirements (questionnaires, future commitments, RFQ sustainability criteria) • Ensuring alignment across regions, including support to our China site to harmonize local initiatives with global strategyOn the energy side, I focus on identifying and delivering energy efficiency projects across multiple manufacturing sites, with direct responsibility for projects and financial reporting in Italy (Barge, Termoli, Vauda Canavese) and energy efficiency initiatives in Ostrava (Czech Republic) and Silao (Mexico).I am also involved in broader energy-related projects, such as the development of on-site renewable energy solutions or energy contract evaluation.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, energy performance and sustainability, with a strong focus on measurable impact, compliance, and long-term value creation.

Let me sum it up something about me:I was born in Rome and I\'m currently living in Turin. I am 32 years old.I\'m graduated in Energy and Nuclear Engineering (105/110 mark) at Politecnico di Torino and I\'m working as Energy and Sustainability Project Manager at ITT inc. I have also worked as NVH Project Engineer and as Project Manager dedicated to the Mercedes AMG platforms.I have attended the post graduated master in Innovation Managment and Industrialization (110L/110 mark) at Università di Torino and I am attending the Sustainability Transition Management master at Bologna Business School.I like trekking, skiing and playing beach volley and I am a certified Sommelier.
