ABOUT STEFAN MUELLER

Former personal trainer for world-class athletes, celebrities, and executives, now leveraging psychology and neurophysiology to coach leaders and teams in stress & energy management. I assist businesses in congruent brand communication and I am actively working on my own two projects. LONG VERSION: Started as a fitness trainer (2004) and nutritionist, started my university (degree in sports science), founded my first company called xercise (2005), began travelling the world to find solutions to my health problems after a car accident, discovered solutions in functional training approaches mainly in USA and GB. Started training some of the best individual athletes and teams in the world in sports such as American Football, Handball, Tennis, Soccer, Vaulting, Ski Freestyle, Basketball, Cycling, Track and field and BJJ. who won National, European and World Champion Titles (from 2006-). Opened my own gym in Munich, Germany \"xercise personal gym\"(2013).Realized that training people was not enough to serve people in the need for balance and wanted to create real change, digged deeper into the world of behavioural psychology and neurophysiology (2011-), changed my whole approach of training people into coaching, did the „Mindmap“ education about the neuroscientific way of coaching with Dax Moy (2012).Started the education in the Meta-Discipline Communicology (2014) to expand my systemic change work and communication competence, got certified as one of the first 3 people outside of Scandinavia by the Scandinavian Institute of Communicology (2017).Founded Balanceo (2016) and began working (coaching, consulting, training) mainly with start-up entrepreneurs, CEOs and leaders, as well as other change makers who are in the need for balance. Transformed the xercise gym into a competence centre for change work called ChangeworX (2017).Fell in love with copywriting and online-marketing, began developing communication strategies, writing copy, creating websites, products and programs for different brands and companies, became a part of the team of the Intermittent Fasting App BodyFast (2019) helping now over 40m people all over the world to live a healthier and happier life. Became a part of SafeNow, working from behind the scenes, on congruence, communication and leadership.Consulted, trained and coached leaders and employees of up and rising start-ups as well as big corporates in stress and crisis management, physical and mental health.
