I work with Private Equity, Pension Plan and Corporate clients on various M&A and Value Creation initiatives. Engagements span the entire M&A lifecycle, from diligence to integration. I led complex integrations and separations for large multi-national organizations. In addition, I have had the opportunity to hold leadership positions in various world-class companies in order to drive significant, rapid and lasting operational and financial improvements.Industry experience includes healthcare, automotive, aerospace, retail, manufacturing, technology, waste management, renewable energy, public sector and financial services.Representative Experience- Supported a number of Canada’s largest pension funds build out their investment platforms in Canada and Europe. Work included operating model design, business plan development, P&L development, organization design, vendor evaluation and project management support- Provided guidance in responding to RFP’s relating to acquisitions of various assets; support included operational due-diligence, carve-out planning, TSA review and submission drafting- Provided end-to-end integration support for a number of multi-billion dollar acquisitions across the US and Canada; work included diligence, Day 1 readiness planning, post-Close support, end-state planning as well as synergy modeling and implementation- Built-out the corporate development team and M&A strategy for portfolio company of large US PE firms; support included the due diligence and deal execution of multiple transactions- Led a number of significant performance improvement initiatives at portfolio companies of multi-national private equity firms to drive rapid and lasting operational and financial improvements. Work included assessment and implementation of revenue (pricing and cross-selling), EBITDA (procurement, back-office, etc.) and working capital (O2C, P2P, inventory) initiatives.
