ABOUT STEFAN MÜLLER-NEDEBOCK

I am a senior member of Universum’s Consulting team with eight years of experience in the field and with an international exposure due to global projects and work experience in Sweden, China, Germany and the US. Our team of consultants develops Employer Branding strategies, localizes, adapts and updates existing branding strategies, and provides all necessary research among key stakeholders, external target groups, employees and senior management. We support our clients to keep track of Employer Branding KPIs and support the effective implementation by e.g. testing communication campaigns, developing social media strategies and by bringing the Employer Brand to life internally. Universum is the global leader in employer branding and was founded in Sweden in 1988 by Lars-Henrik Friis Molin. Universum surveys students and professionals annually and provides insights, communication solutions and strategic consulting services to more than 1.200 clients worldwide. Universum has offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Moscow, Paris, Cologne, Basel, Johannesburg, New York, Singapore and Shanghai. Prior to joining forces with Universum, I was a co-founder of a small consulting firm supporting clients in Germany regarding HR marketing and Employer Branding. Clients included consulting firms, auditing/accounting firms and private universities in Germany. I studied Business with majors in Strategic Management and Marketing at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. During my studies I was a project manager for CCT, a student-run consulting company, and served as member of the board at BDSU, the German Federation of Student Consultancies. I was an intern for Lufthansa (Frankfurt), Capgemini (Düsseldorf) and ZF (Shanghai). I am a past member of Rotaract Berlin and Rotaract New York City.
