I\'m a Product Leader who genuinely enjoys the journey of building great products and even better teams. My approach? Keep it real, focus on the user, and don\'t be afraid to roll up my sleeves. I\'ve collaborated with top leadership to bring new products to market, always aiming to create exceptional experiences by truly getting to grips with customer needs. It’s this focus that allowed my team and I to launch a B2C subscription product from concept to live in less than 90 days – a whirlwind I thoroughly enjoyed!Guiding diverse teams of over 20 talented folks is a core part of what I do, and I’ve managed products impacting more than 20 million customer accounts, so I understand the scale and responsibility involved. I make decisions based on solid data, but I also believe that a positive, collaborative atmosphere (and yes, a good laugh) is key to success.On a personal note, I\'m a father to two amazing daughters, a husband, founder of a gaming community and I\'m a strong believer in looking out for each other, which is why I became a certified Mental Health First Aider. Fostering an inclusive environment where mental well-being is valued is something I\'m truly committed to.
