ABOUT STEFAN KRUMMAKER

I am a Professor of Leadership Practice and a senior academic leader with internationally recognised expertise in leading positive change across higher education and the corporate sector. I previously served as Deputy Vice-Principal at a Russell Group University, where I held portfolio responsibility for strategic education initiatives focused on delivering a world-class student experience for more than students.Over the past 35 years, I have held a broad range of senior leadership roles in both higher education and industry. Throughout my career, I have been strongly committed to bridging the gap between academia and practice, working at the intersection of research, leadership practice, and real-world impact. I have collaborated with more than 200 organisations worldwide, supporting the development of inspiring, purposeful, energising, and effective leadership to help organisations achieve their strategic objectives and deliver meaningful, sustainable change.My work spans executive education, coaching, and C-suite consultancy, and I am regularly invited to speak as a keynote presenter or panellist at international conferences and corporate events. I have taught leadership to tens of thousands of students across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Executive/MBA programmes around the world.Before entering academia, I spent more than 11 years in the travel industry. This experience profoundly shaped my global perspective and continues to inform my international approach to leadership and education.My personal leadership mantra is to empower people to grow and to shine.
