ABOUT STEFAN JAZDZEJEWSKI
Working passionately 15+ years in Digital. As a product leader I have a proven track record in building and leading strong product teams to bring innovative and customer-centric products to market. Building on my experiences in product organizations in start-ups, SMEs and corporates my focus now is the promotion of young talents for the tech industry. I´m managing Germany´s leading talent accelerator program for computer scientists - the Software Campus: Together with +20 partners from research and industry I´m coordinating 50 IT research projects in AI, Cloud, Security, IoT, Edge and Fog Computing etc. per year. Additionally, I´ve been establishing the new pan-European AI initiative “AI Grid” to strengthen networking and synergies between young talents in the field of Artificial Intelligence. What drives me - I\'m excited about the potential of technologies to have a high impact on economy, society and the environment. It´s not only the technology itself though, but competencies as creativity, collaboration, empathy, communication and critical thinking which are the key factors for success. In order for the digital transformation to ultimately succeed, we need technological skills, a digital mindset, networking, qualification and a culture of error. This is my mission as managing director of our company.
