My official role at Propio is the Chief Human Resources officer but my role is so much more than a “title”. I have the privilege of building a team of dedicated HR professionals and working alongside an award winning leadership team to grow a business and impact the lives of our customers. Propio\'s People team is a group of passionate professionals aligned to our purpose and truly embrace the philosophy, that if we focus on the right parts of HR we rarely have to focus on the “non-fun parts”. I have spent my career believing that HR is different than what some might think. We aren’t paper pushers or rule makers. We are change agents, we are communicators, we are bridgers, we are engagement drivers, we are strategists, we are allies, and most importantly we understand that both the biggest cost and asset to any business is the people. Without people a company cannot succeed.
