ABOUT STEFANIE REETZ

My passion at work is driven by understanding, supporting and developing people\'s motivations and skills in order for all members of an organisation to be able to make smart, respectful and innovative decisions. I strive to accompany clients, coachees and training participants as a well-intentioned, empowering and pedagogical professionnel, based on my natural energy, dedication and versatility. My insights are drawn from a multicultural career: fluent in English, French and German, I have lived and worked in several countries, across a variety of public and private sectors. At AlterNego, I am your point of entry for all projects dealing with organisational transformation and its human aspects through the prism of negotiation and conflict management skills. At the heart of my activity is my capacity to build lasting and mutually beneficial business relationships, to facilitate engagement and to spur a positive dynamic. I aim to provide my clients with creative and appropriate solutions that are mindful of their culture, needs and means. I enjoy being structured in my work and bringing structure to projects of all sizes. I\'ll be delighted to help you think differently and co-construct solutions that respect people, objectives and available means. I manage the delicate balance between leading a team and managing collective action and contributing to project teams among peers.
