About Stefanie Ding

Like most people, my career has not been a straight line. I began with a degree in 2D Animation, hoping to get a role in television because of my love of storytelling. It organically evolved into graphic design and marketing, working professionally for about 7 years. I decided to take the road not traveled and re-explore my love of coding, cracking open the side of my brain that had been dormant for years.In 2020, I got my big break and joined Crum & Forster as a Developer. The position quickly became more UI/UX related than coding based, and I officially had my title changed to reflect my role in 2023. I learned so much in those first few years, self-learning Figma and experiencing imposter syndrome. Until one day it all clicked, and I knew that UX Design was my calling.I completed a Master\'s degree with MICA and am currently pursuing my CPCU. I\'m excited to continue to learn and grow my experiences and enjoy the relationships I build along the way.
