Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) park developments (50+ MW), including integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS) and high-voltage substations- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory and grid compliance standards- Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management with internal investors, external customers, grid operators, and local authorities- Drive risk management, scheduling, and cost control- Ensure seamless integration of solar generation with BESS and substation infrastructure to maximize grid stability and project ROI (Return of Investment)- Steer process continuous development from within for allowing business scalability and adaptability to changing markets
