Stefanie is a Process Engineer with 17 years of experience. She has built a lot of experience in the iron ore industry, with a focus on mineral processing operations. She has spent close to four years on site in a iron ore concentrator supporting the operations as part as the metallurgy team and doing pilot testwork for development of new process flowsheets and iron recovery initiatives. She has also worked on many iron pelletizing projects.Besides her in-plant experience, Stefanie has also completed studies from conceptual to detailed engineering and acted as project manager on different studies. Furthermore, she is coordinator for the Business development for Metals sector in Eastern Canada and is also on the board of the Canadian Mineral Processor\'s Society.
