With 5 years of experience in the educational area and athletics, my philosophy of teaching is to create an environment that enables students to acquire life-long learning skills and further critical thinking through meaningful and realistic situations. I emphasis being a facilitator of learning thus benefitting my student athletes and instilling an atmosphere with mutual respect. Prioritizing organization and leadership is crucial as I encourage our youth to strive for success. As I immerse myself into my professional field I look forward to learning new teaching strategies and working with inner city youth.
