ABOUT STEFANIA MITIDIERI

I have a strong background in project management having successfully managed and delivered multiple projects across different domains, such as digital transformation, business strategy, and customer experience. I have a Master of Science in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven University and I am PMI Agile Certified. This enables me to apply agile principles and practices to any project. I am also fluent in English and Spanish, and I have a keen curiosity and interest in communication and media studies. As Senior Digital Project Manager and Representative for the Lazio region, I coordinate and deliver AI and cyber security projects, managing budgets exceeding 1 million Euros, and I am also in charge of the Social Technology department. Furthermore, I mentor aspiring entrepreneurs at Startup Geeks, a platform that connects startups with mentors, investors, and resources. I share my insights and experience on how to launch and scale a successful venture in a competitive and dynamic market. I strongly believe in women empowerment, meritocracy, effective and strong collaboration, and continuous learning as cornerstones for growth at both professional and personal levels. I value a career where the ability to connect and communicate through building relationships is at the forefront of requirements. When I am not busy while learning new skills about Agile Project Management and promoting women empowerment, you can find me on the Yoga mat.
