ABOUT STEFANIA CIANI

I\'m a trainer, a coach and a facilitator specialised in the development of relational skills. My aim is to help groups and individuals, in transitional phases, unlock problematic situations, implement changes, and improve results. My work consists of designing, developing, coordinating and delivering tailor-made training programmes, based on the client\'s needs. I work both independently and with teams, creating blended-learning programmes with different tools, such as assessment tools, experiential training, digital learning tools, coaching and several learning aids. No matter the training environment I am in - such as face-to-face training, webinar or virtual classrooms - I always have a practical and interactive imprint. I served as the managing director of PLS Srl for ten years, offering training and consulting and created a coaching school based in Florence (Italy). Since 2018, I have been working independently as a freelancer for different organisations and also offering private consulting as a coach. I have a background in journalism, marketing and business communication. I attended several international schools specialised in neurolinguistics, and studied Generative Coaching with the International Association for Generative Change. I also specialised in Emotional intelligence with Six Seconds, and in Experiential learning and facilitating groups with Via Experientia. I collaborate with multinationals and with small and medium-sized enterprises or self-employed people. As a life and business coach I can work with my clients in person or via web call.
