ABOUT STEFANIA PETROTTA
After a degree in construction engineering, a master’s degree in landscape architecture and years of work in this field, I decided to change my life and follow my passion: cooking. Thus I begin a training course studded with master’s degrees and diplomas in the fields of the enhancement of Sicilian food and wine products, the management of health and food services, digital marketing, Meanwhile, I also train as a chef and pastry chef in professional kitchens of restaurants and hotels, deciding to close the years of experience in catering with experience at a starred restaurant. This is how my third life begins: today I am a food and wine journalist, I collaborate with industry guides, I manage press offices of chefs, restaurants and industry companies, I deal with public relations and, activity that I love, I organize events within the F&B. In addition, I offer consultancy services for catering by putting the protagonists in contact with a wide and selected network of Sicilian producers.
