Customer Satisfaction for clinical and application using of DXA Device (bone densitometry and body composition), ultrasound bone densitometer, BIA (Bioimpedentiometer for advanced body composition analysis)Role similar to previous one, but working for GE Lunar DXA and InBody Italian official distributors, more focused on marketing and commercial approach. Activities:• On site/on line customer support • Make Video tutorial and provide educational material on website(https://lunar.caresmed.it/tutorial; )• Clinical Data analysis and research support• Support/Marketing Customer Webinar in Italian and English • Reach customer needs to sales force for a target offer• Remote support for external users and internal sales force.(italian and english). • Webinar management with KOL (Key Opinion Leader)(es: https://ecmbetnet.creapp.eu/8-maggio)• Public presentation during training course for physician (ECM)• Demo for public and private tender • Congresses• Work closely with sales and marketing for product development and promotion (advertising campaign)• Product launch• Work closely with service for software problem solving. • Involved in technical material preparation (brochure, configurations, manuals,video tutorial.)• Preparation tender and offers. • Manage Customer Database providing analytical and operational data • Visits to potential customers with agents throughout the Italian territory• Management of a resource for marketing activities
