Process Referent for employer branding and recruiting companies activities at the university aimed to engineering target students and graduates. – Project manager for on-line delivery transformation. Responsible of planning and delivering of placement and vocational guidance activities involving 240 companies slot in every academic session (4 months)- Relationship with the hr referents and manager of 150 companies to decide the planning and the delivery of their employer branding in the different sessions and for different target graduates-Relationship with Professors and Deans of the Faculties to manage the activities. Coordinator of Delivery Team for the Career Development Path, employer branding events and special projects for master of science and bachelor degree courses and of 2 Career Assessment Center at the campus university.Project Manager of program “Placement for PHD”, a career guidance program of placament for PHDs and Temporary ResearchesManager of a team with 5 resources,(Career Advisors, Project Manager a Communication Officers).Conception of new format of for special projects with companies for talent attraction; competition, academy, fair, round table, and transformation in online format. Study and design of communication content for vocational guidance. Project manager and content choice of editorial products targeted at students and graduates of different faculties: Architecture, Engineering, Design. Contents of editorial products: job positions, companies interviews, students testimonies, career service events promotion. Start-up vocational guidance sector -Trainers pool creation about 80 companies referents, consultants and experts of work market -Designing and organizing courses on soft-skills themes and counseling activities for graduates and undergraduates of different degree courses - Designing online courses.
