As a Learning Program Manager, I design and facilitate leadership development programs, career pathway initiatives, and upskilling opportunities that help employees grow their skills and advance their careers. I specialize in creating engaging learning experiences that translate theory into real-world application, and I love facilitating trainings that bring people together to learn, reflect, and grow.Before transitioning into learning and development, I spent over a decade in education, where I developed a deep foundation in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles. Today, I apply those same principles to corporate learning environments by designing programs that are practical, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.In addition to my corporate work, I am the founder of She Roams Retreats, a women’s adventure community built around the belief that connection and confidence grow when women challenge themselves in the outdoors. Through curated retreats, hikes, and community events, I create spaces where women can step outside their comfort zones, build meaningful relationships, and experience personal growth through adventure.Whether I’m facilitating a leadership workshop or guiding a group of women on a mountain trail, my goal is the same: to create experiences that inspire growth, courage, and connection.
