Help develop and implement compliance programs within the Bank.Support and advise the business units on the directions for QI, FATCA, CRS and QDD regulations in order to reduce the risk of non-compliance.Act as an expert advisor to program owners and business units for questions, positioning and issues related to compliance with QI, FATCA, CRS and QDD regulatory requirements.Help define strategic orientations for risk management and make sure they are in line with the Bank\'s orientations by providing superior expertise in your field.Advise managers on decisions requiring high-level expertise and how to resolve complex problems.Help develop, implement, monitor and control policies, procedures, systems and work tools to optimize the efficiency of compliance programs.Influence orientations on managing, executing and monitoring QI, FATCA, CRS and QDD compliance programs for all units. Participate in and direct the work of working committees as part of the programs. Help set up an annual compliance certification process.Help ensure the smooth operation of the annual certification process that must be carried out by OR for IQI and QDD.Develop and coordinate regulatory training.Be a resource for the development, monitoring and implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.Help develop tools and promote best practices for programs. Help operationalize solutions to reduce impacts on the client and employee experience.Participate in defining process business needs across sectors. Work with IQ, FATCA, CRS and QDD POs to establish sound business rules for detection solutions.
