As Senior Director of Insurance at Capgemini Invent, I leverage my extensive experience of 23 years in the digitalization and evolution of the business model at Allianz to drive innovation in the insurance industry. As change is the only certainty, my focus is on forward-thinking strategies and the integration of adaptability and composability into the DNA of insurance enterprises. My approach is marked by a passion for innovation, a commitment to clear and strategic visioning, and a firm belief in the transformative power of agile organizations and teamwork. I am dedicated not only to anticipating the future but also to actively shaping it! With 30 years in the field, I spearhead innovation and business model evolution mainly in the insurance industry. Starting with the successful founding of paricon, now integrated into Q_PERIOR, I moved on to Allianz in where I worked until the end of 2023. There, I led and shaped significant digital transformations from traditional business to digitalization, direct sales, bancassurance, and beyond. Later on, at Allianz SE, I expanded my scope globally, serving as Solution Manager for the Business Master Platform (BMP) and Global Business Architect for the Allianz Customer Model (ACM), advocating for customer-centricity and simplicity at scale. Harmonizing product design and streamlining processes were crucial in designing ACM and developing BMP, setting a new global standard. This innovative approach, designed with and for Operating Entities (OEs), significantly boosts efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.
