I am an Agile IT Leader with over 15 years of experience delivering complex and innovative technical solutions for various industries and clients. As a Project Manager Scrum Master, I apply my Six Sigma, SAP, and Oracle certifications and skills to optimize software development and deployment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Previously, I was the Regional Project Lead at Hikvision Latam, where I led the successful implementation of Hikvision surveillance systems for a major retail chain and a large residential community, resulting in a 20% decrease in theft and loss. I managed a team of engineers and technicians, coordinated with stakeholders and clients, provided technical support and training, and stayed abreast of new products and solutions. Before that, I worked as an IT Project Manager & Scrum Master for CIBC Bank, where I rolled out a new mobile banking platform and a cloud-based document management system, among other high-priority initiatives.
