ABOUT STEFAN DANIS

Stefan is an Executive Search and On-boarding expert.He leads a boutique firm. Danis & Co, and prior until 2024 was CEO of Mandrake Human Capital for 25 years.Stefan advises organizations on winning the war for talent, has practiced executive search for 30+ years, and led numerous merger/acquisition transactions. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a trusted advisor to firms looking to enrich their executive talent, leading searches in Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Ops and Leadership. Stefan also assists organizations with succession planning, onboarding, assessment, and coaching.He also supports executives in transition by moderating CT calls bi-weekly.Stefan helped raise to assist individuals facing adversity via various sporting events including running various desert ultra marathons in the Gobi, Sahara, Atacama, and Antarctica. He was awarded the Paul Mulvihill Humanitarian award for his philanthropy and speaks frequently at town halls, AGMs, and corporate meetings including at TEDx Toronto and has written two books; Gobi Runner and Gobi BOLD. Stefan was inducted in the Marketing Hall of Legends of Canada as a Mentor.
