I also contribute to the firm’s quality agenda through my involvement in the UK Chief Auditor Network, supporting engagement teams with technical matters and professional judgement.Key responsibilities:• Planning and overseeing audits from start to finish, with an emphasis on consistency, technical quality, and building strong team dynamics.• Supporting teams in navigating complex or judgemental areas, drawing on both technical knowledge and practical experience.• Contributing to firm-wide quality initiatives through the Chief Auditor Network.• Building relationships with clients based on open communication, reliability, and a strong understanding of their business context.• Playing an active role in developing people, through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and career conversations.
