Currently, I am a Team Lead, Solutions Services & Project Management Sports & Entertainment at Ross Video, where I manage large-scale installations for major sports organizations, including the NFL, MLB, NCAA, and other sports clients/venues/organizations, ensuring seamless execution for high-profile events such as the Super Bowl, NFL Draft and US Tennis Open.Previously, I served as the Associate Director of Broadcast Operations at Mississippi State Athletics, where I was responsible for the logistics, production, and operations of the SEC Network/ESPN/SEC Conference contract. I managed the logistics and operations for over 100 ESPN/SEC Network events annually, as well as 100+ video board, live event, and special event productions.Before that, I worked as a Production Operations - Associate Operator at ESPN, contributing to significant projects such as the launch of the DC2 facility, the SportsCenter Re-brand, NFL Studio Re-brand, and handling communications and logistics for REMI events.In addition to my work in broadcast operations, I am the Founder/Owner of ReadySetStream, a consulting company specializing in streaming production and broadcast services. My entrepreneurial pursuits also extend to the hospitality industry, where I co-own two successful businesses: Dolce Gelato, a local favorite known for its curated selection of gelato, coffee, bagels, and artisan grilled cheeses; and L’uva Wine Room, an upscale venue offering an unmatched selection of wines, spirits, and gourmet food.My diverse background in project management, broadcast consulting, and hospitality is driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction across all ventures.
