As Director of R&D - Automation Equipment and Machinery, my about 100 employees strong team and I are responsible to optimize the manufacturing departments of Meide Group’s 21 production locations in China, Poland, Thailand and Vietnam. Handling around 300 projects per year in the areas of customized automation lines (handling, processing, inspecting,…) and machine tools (CNC milling centers, drilling, turning, tapping, casting, galvanizing,….).As Senior Executive Sales Lead my responsibilities lay in the development of new markets, promoting products and creating sales leads.
