Selected for an international assignment and progressed to lead the unified Service Delivery Unit \'People Services Americas,\' overseeing a 200-person multi-layered organization through 11 direct reports (Managers). Following a strategic reorganization (TOM), expanded responsibility within six months to include full disciplinary leadership for the North American HR Service Hub, in addition to end-to-end operational and disciplinary oversight for Latin America- Regional Service Excellence: Accountable for the seamless delivery of HR services for employees across the Americas, encompassing Inhouse Payroll, Time Management, Data Management, and Talent Acquisition- Divestiture & Carve-out Leadership: Directed high-impact HR carve-out activities and TSA governance for major transactions, including the $1.15B sale of the Brazilian decorative paints business (Suvinil) to Sherwin-Williams- Global Transaction Management (Americas Focus): Led the regional HR Hub workstreams for the €7.7B global divestiture of the Coatings business to Carlyle, ensuring service continuity and organizational stability across legal entities in the Americas during the carve-out phase- Portfolio & Digitalization: Managing a diverse service spectrum (Fleet, Travel, Mobility, Total Rewards) while driving regional digitalization and AI-enabled process automation- Transformation & Change: Steering the regional rollout of the global HR shoring strategy in the Montevideo HR Service Hub and the transition to the new Target Operating Model (TOM) to enhance scalability and service quality- Leadership & Cultural Impact: Leading a multicultural, cross-functional organization; successfully reduced voluntary turnover by 65% through strengthened leadership capability and structured career paths- Strategic Executive Partnership: Partnering with the North America CHRO and global business leaders to align HR service delivery with regional business needs and global corporate strategy.
